"We have had another lovely stay at Boathouse Cottage. This is our second stay at this amazing property. The Kitchen has everything you could possibly need for the perfect self-catering stay. The master bedroom has a very nice ensuite with lovely views over the Marina from the Bedroom windows. It has a cosy Lounge where you can sit and unwind with a glass of wine. Thank you for the very warm welcome from Ollie. A big thank you to Alice, Chris and Ollie for everything you left for us to enjoy."

"A great weeks holiday in the mid-September Sun. Boathouse Cottage proved to be an excellent base for travels and adventures through the Norfolk Broads and a comfortable home to return to. The cottage provided all the comforts of home in a very well presented and equipped holiday base. We would recommend using the canoe available, as two novices, use was relatively easy and opened opportunity to see local nature and wildlife. Thank you."

"This was our second holiday in Boathouse Cottage and we enjoyed it just as much as the first time. It’s so peaceful and relaxing being near the water. The cottage is comfortable and a real home from home and it’s been lovely to have a break after a terrible 18 months. Highly recommended."

"This holiday accommodation is, without doubt, worthy of it’s 5 star rating. Having everything to ease you into a great holiday experience. From a warm welcome, to the most comfortable of homes with every modern convenience, to it’s perfect situation set around the scenic marina; it has provided us with a most enjoyable and happy holiday. Thanks again for the surprise of hamper, fruit bowl and flowers, which were delightful."

"We have really enjoyed our week at The Boathouse Cottage - the accommodation is to an excellent standard, both in terms of furnishings and cleanliness. The Canadian Canoe was an added bonus - we had great fun exploring the River Ant. The Dilham mooring is very well placed for both the Cross Keys and The Crown local pubs. The cottage is very well placed to explore both The Broads and North Norfolk. The Blickling Estate is worth exploring. Very handy to have a Waitrose nearby at North Walsham. We look forward to returning."
