Due to the diverse range of products and services we offer it would be impossible to provide general terms and conditions relating to refunds and cancellations. However, the specific terms and conditions relating to cancellations or refunds (if applicable) are contained as part of your product or service terms, to which you agreed to abide at payment time or when your contract was signed. For example, in the case of refunds or cancellations regarding holiday cottage reservation, the relevant information is contained in your Holiday Booking Terms of Service.
If you are entitled to a refund, we will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days of our notice of contract / subscription termination.
