WiFi Connection Help

Having trouble connecting to our WiFi network? We know the config necessary to connect to secure, enterprise grade networks are not always user friendly! Our simple guides for each OS will get you online in no time.

What WiFi networks do I connect to?

We have two WiFi networks:
stayGB - This is a normal WiFi hotspot with a splash page. To ensure that you haven't connected to a rogue network verify the domain of the splash page you are redirected to on login is stayGB and it shows the padlock (https) symbol. Access the service using your social media login or username and password. The options presented to you will depend on the location / venue you are connecting fom.
stayGB_enterprise - This is an 802.1X WPA2 Enterprise WiFi network. This is a much more secure network where your traffic is encrypted to our concentrator. It is typically more secure than your WiFi networks at home and is used in large enterprises.
